Concept Palermo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from users of our site.
If you believe your rights have been infringed

Protection of our content
We pay great attention to protecting our intellectual property. Our store operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as applied under Shopify's policies.
Any unauthorized copying, duplication of content, or infringement of our trademarks or copyrighted material will be addressed with prompt action. We actively monitor for any infringements. If infringements are detected, we will submit a formal DMCA takedown request directly to Shopify (or the relevant platform) against the infringing store.
In addition, our legal advisors will evaluate each case and, where applicable, take further legal action for damages resulting from the theft or misuse of intellectual property.
